This policy applies to the website only. Our products — 360Converter and Vault AI — have separate privacy policies on their respective websites. Both products are designed to run entirely on your hardware and do not transmit user content to us.

When you submit the contact form on foxavideo.com/contact, we collect your name, email address, the inquiry type you select, and your message content. This is forwarded to us by email and is not stored in a public-facing database.

Our web server logs standard request data for security and operational purposes: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, timestamp, and the requested URL path. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.
